10th July 2007 - Carlito gets the win over Christian Cage to get his first HIW title
26th July 2007 - Carlito is injured and surrenders his title
Mr. Kennedy 17/08/2007 - 30/09/2007
17th August 2007 - Mr. Kennedy wins a Fatal Fourway to win the title, however he is attacked by Carlito afterwards
26th August 2007 - Kennedy retains his title in a gruelling match against Carlito, ending it with a Green Bay Plunge off a ladder
Christian Cage 30/09/2007 - 28/10/2007
30th September 2007 - Christian Cage manages to get the pin over Kennedy after an Unprettier onto the title, giving him his second reign as WHC

28th October 2007 - Sting did indeed win the title at One Night Stand, however Edge makes a rematch for the next PPV

26th November 2007 - Cage wins the deatmatch with an Unprettier through a windscreen to re-capture the belt, for his third run as HIW World Heavyweight Champion
23rd December 2007 - In Sting's last chance at the title Cage beats his rival and keeps his gold.
20th January 2008 - Cage defeats rival Drake Daniels to keep the championship.
Vampiro 20/01/2008 - Present
20th January 2008 - In a shocking twist Jeff Hardy brought back legend Vampiro who quickly dispatched of Cage and caught the title.
