Here, open up the brush tab, and select the vine brush. Turn the spacing down to one, and make sure your using the smudge tool, and just smudge

whenever i do that, it just doesn't turn out the way i want to, plus, what do i smudge? the brushes i use, or do i combine the brushes with the layer underneath, and then brsh?

Here's the thing, smudging is basiclly stock only. Tough luck if you like using renders I guess :\

i do stocks, i just dont post them here, but when i dod tocks, do i combine the brush layer and the stock layer, then smudge?
