Big Brother Scheme

What Is It?
On a few GFX sites I've seen a "Big Brother Programme" where a more experienced GFX'er takes a new person under their wing and tutors them to make better sigs, and I want to bring it HIW with an RP theme.
     How it will work is; Someone who wants to be tutored in RP'ing fills in a form and posts it, and any of the "great" RP'ers I posted can take them under their wing and look over their roleplays, comment on them, and help the roleplayer to get better.

Why Ask For Help?
HIW is a site which prides itself on having some great RP'ers, but why have a few top people when you could have the whole roster being great? Lots of people have asked for feedback and advice on how to make their roleplays better, and these are the people who should sign up.

Why Be A Tutor?
It's so fulfilling to see your protegee winning matches and even titles, and knowing that its partly down to your tutoring that they are how they are. If you don't want the hassle that's fine, but why not help some people out?
