Step OneOpen a new layerStep TwoUse the "T" tool to make some text, type whatever the hell you likeStep ThreeEdit the text, and put the cursor at the end of the text, hit enter, then space. Put the cursor at the end of the text, hit space, then enter, so there is a space all around the text, and it isn't touching the edges of the layer.Step FourGo Layers> Transparency> Alpha to SelectionStep FiveDuplicate the layer, then select the ORIGINAL layer (the one lower down in the layers list)Step SixSelect> Grow> Type in the number you want to grow by (I generally do 2 pixels) and hit okStep SevenGet the filler tool (the one that looks like a paint pot) and fill the ORIGINAL layer which you just grew with whatever you likeStep EightEnjoy your bordered Font  |
